Résumé
Technology leader with 15+ years driving innovation in decarbonization, AI/ML, and data platforms across global energy markets. Most recently, as Technology Manager for the Decarbonization Planning product in SLB's Sustainability Platform, I led efforts to drive decarbonization in hard-to-abate industries, enabling clients to make strategic, data-driven decisions through comprehensive decarbonization pathways and insights.
Previously, as Project Manager for the Data Science Platform, I delivered advanced data science solutions within the DELFI cognitive E&P environment (Google, Azure), democratizing data science in the oil and gas industry through ModelOps and GenAI. Earlier, as OSDU Data Ecosystem Foundation/Operations Lead, I ensured the delivery and operational readiness of foundational data ecosystem services for internal and external clients.
My experience also includes serving as a Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist at Schlumberger-Doll Research Robotics in Boston, where I led projects on digitizing and automating asset integrity data using machine learning in collaboration with a major oil and gas operator. Before that, as a Software Engineer/Team Lead at Schlumberger Software Center in Norway, I developed deep learning algorithms for structural classification and localization in subsurface exploration and production.
I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from INRIA (France), specializing in 3D geometry processing and modeling. My research focused on automatic modeling of 3D physical scenes and feature-preserving 3D mesh generation. I am passionate about bringing ideas from concept to realization, leveraging my technical expertise and international experience to lead innovation-driven teams that deliver impactful results.
Having lived in Kuwait (17 years), France (11 years), the USA (8+ years), and Norway (4 years), and traveled to 34+ countries, I bring a global perspective to every challenge. I thrive on tackling new domains, driving innovation, and building strong relationships across diverse teams.
Currently seeking my next leadership role in technology management, focusing on decarbonization, AI/ML platforms, or innovation-driven product development.
