The statutes
Inria Alumni is a non-profit association (law 1901) whose guidelines are defined by a Board of Directors reporting to the General Assembly of members. It is headed by an Executive Office (*).
The General Assembly
The General Assembly gathers annually the members of the association. During the GA, the president presents the moral report and the treasurer the financial report of the association. It is also an opportunity to renew or elect new members of the Board of Directors.

The members of this council were elected on 10 December 2025.
On a daily basis, Cécile Bidan*, General Delegate of Inria Alumni, is responsible for implementing the development and promotion of Inria Alumni.
